happy birthday to all
how freaking many birthday in august???!!!…
last week exactly was dave’s birthday. i wanted it to be so special considering the amount of work he has ben doing lately. he’s ben so tense with th kitchen renovation, i think he’s turning into a monster!
however, i love the fact that he lets me chose the interior design of the kitchen like the stove, tiles, ikea items, paint colour hopefully if he doesn’t mind pastel everywhere. im the epitome of what man hates about superficial chick, cream and pastel when he’s trying to get that country look in there. he even all fo the stainess steel tiles border,it does look very stylish and exactly the size that he wants. too bad thot i couldt get my beveled white tiles. it would be almost perfect. the floor has been nightmare!
so yeah, i brought him for a big steak nite at the rockpool. since he especially love big meat. they have som freaking good size. almost drive me crazy looking at the amount of meat they have there which can feed my entire big family for a dinner.
i on the other hand wanted the go there to see what’s the big fuss of the best voted australian restaurant - rockpool by neil perry. i guess for some reason they manage to capture the essence of oz barbarian-ness! they also have massive wine list, hundreds of pages with a page of non-alcoholic. i do love the selection of sauces thot, out of ordinary and yummy of course. and thanx for the complimentary birthday cupcake! but i do left the place with a hole in my purse.
ok, i have to admit that i miss my frens and family now.
eisya, i miss your ideas for havin fun. bariah, i wish you dont hav to be on holiday in malaysia or work in fremantle. but i know u’ll have fun. neha, riddhi, appi, em , kiet, kieta, andy, anthony and all the many2 people i love. i wish u guys happiness and hope our path cross again. i miss hanging out with you guys. you guys are my survivor kit. and my housemates, i should more effort to spend time with you guys.
